Querciamatta tastings – Acino & Oliva

Tasting is an art.
It is a form of sharing.

It is dedicating time to oneself and to the desire to perceive and recognise the sensations evoked by wine and oil, to discover unique aromas, nuances and characters.

Visit the Estate and taste our products. Savour the aromas and discover all the nuances in our land, in the hills of Monsummano Terme, in the picturesque countryside among olive trees, vineyards, tractors and art installations.

We will guide you through the history of Querciamatta between past, present and future projects. You will get to know our land, olive groves and vineyards, and the people who work here every day, each a key part that makes this great machine that is our family, our home, our passion work.

Our Tastings

Visit the outdoor areas, the tasting room where we stop to savour and recognise the sensations evoked by wine and oil, the cellar and the orciaia where we store our products.

The tasting includes our oil labels, served with bread and/or in oil-tasting glasses, and wine, the red D and Rosé.

On weekends, it is possible to book the Sorseggia Emozioni only for groups of at least 6 people.

We start in the outdoor areas of the estate, we walk through the vineyard and olive grove in a detailed and evocative tour to discover the cultivars and varieties of olives and vines, always at the center of our projects and products of today and tomorrow.

We visit the cellar and orciaia where we store our products and stop in the tasting room to savour and recognize the sensations evoked by wine and oil.

The tasting includes our oil labels, served with bread and/or in oil-tasting glasses, and wine, the red D and Rosé, narrated through an organoleptic journey, with recommendations for the right pairings of oil and wine and traditional dishes.

During the tour of the Estate, our Farm Director takes visitors on a discovery tour of the winery and the orciaia, revealing the secrets and methods of production, from the plant to the finished product.

The tour is a guided visit to the vineyard and olive grove to discover the cultivars and varieties of olive trees and vines, the projects, and products of today and tomorrow.

The tasting includes our oil labels, served with bread and/or in oil-tasting glasses, and wine, the red D and Rosé, narrated through an organoleptic journey, with suggestions for the right oil and wine pairings and traditional dishes.

We start from the outdoor spaces of the estate, traverse the vineyard and olive grove in a detailed and evocative tour to discover the cultivars and varieties of olives and vines, always at the center of our projects and products of today and tomorrow.

After visiting the winery and orciaia, we head to the Agave Room, where Chef Alessio Mori will delight guests with his creations. The tasting starts with a sampling of our oil labels, served with bread and/or in oil-tasting glasses, and continues with express dishes prepared by the Chef paired with our wines, rosé and red D.

Our Farm Director takes visitors on a tour of the estate and the projects of today and tomorrow.

During the walk through the vineyards and olive groves, passing by the winery and orciaia, Marco tells the secrets and methods of processing the products, from the plant to the table.

In the Agave Room, Chef Alessio Mori will tell about his dishes and surprise palates with his harmonious pairings.

The tasting will be an organoleptic journey and will include our oil labels, served with bread and/or in oil-tasting glasses, and wine, red D and Rosé, which will accompany the express dishes prepared by the Chef.
