For us, this Sangiovese is the wine of Genesis, of a crazy alphabet that expresses sincerity, beauty and passion.
Firmly on the move
I.G.T. Toscano Sangiovese
The challenge: a heterogeneous land, with volcanic soils of Miocene origin, sandstone and clay. A singular terroir, still unexplored for the production of wine.
It’s our first red. For us, every bottle is a reason to play.

Features of #DcomeQuerciamatta
Intense ruby red colour.
On the nose a strong hint of wild berries, a delicate hint of cherry and a very light touch of raspberry. In the mouth, the tannins are soft and gentle. The freshness is pleasant and lively. The juicy and captivating fruit gives the wine harmony and an elegant sincerity.
Second week of September, only handmade by our staff. The harvest is delicately done in boxes. We select our bunches following a careful thinning in the vineyard. After destemming, the grapes are introduced by gravity into the vats. Our philosophy is to have yeasts lead fermentation
