Vinification and Aging: Destemming without crushing and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging lasts 9 months, split between stainless steel (45%) and tonneaux of various uses (55%).
Tasting Notes: Ruby red color. On the nose, fruity notes of black cherry are accompanied by herbaceous and spicy nuances, well integrated with the wood. The aromas perceived on the nose are consistently echoed on the palate. The tannins are well balanced by the acidity, leading to a persistent and juicy finish.
