Tastes in the Field with Farm Director and Chef

Our Farm Director takes visitors on a tour of the estate and the projects of today and tomorrow.
During the walk through the vineyards and olive groves, passing by the winery and orciaia, Marco tells the secrets and methods of processing the products, from the plant to the table.

In the Café QM, Chef Alessio Mori will tell about his dishes and surprise palates with his harmonious pairings.
The tasting will be an organoleptic journey and will include our oil labels, served with bread and/or in oil-tasting glasses, and wine, red D and Rosé, which will accompany the express dishes prepared by the Chef.
