My appearance is elegant and sober, I have a character that gets everyone on the same page… I could go into politics!
I can enhance – cold only – fish dishes, tartare and white meat dishes.

I am powerful and muscular, smell of grass and cut hay. In the mouth I am medium sweet/bitter on the entry, I have a good spiciness and a slightly bitter return on the finish. My colour is bright yellow!

Think of me as an organic extra virgin olive oil that is fragrant, harmonious but lively in the mouth. I like to surprise and restore harmony, I am good with everything and everyone.

How 100% Italian Organic Oil was born

Despite a difficult year, with a very hot season, I keep my balance. My blend has a proud character: the Frantoio cultivar gives elegance and robustness, the Moraiolo strength and flavour.

I am cold pressed on the same day as the olive harvest and naturally filtered.

To avoid oxidation, I rest in steel vats with inert argon gas.
