I am the first Monocultivar Querciamatta oil, with a strong personality and distinct notes. Perfect to enjoy both raw and cooked, and why not, even on ice cream.

It is powerful and seductive, with a Tuscan soul. Aroma of fresh almonds with slight hints of green vegetables and spices. In the mouth I am fluid and clean, I have a pleasant bitter note and a lingering spiciness. My colour is bright green.

You can think of me as an organic extra virgin olive oil with character, fresh and slightly fruity in the mouth. A true Leccino cultivar, but rich in chlorophyll because it is harvested early. The Leccino you don’t expect.

How our Leccino oil was born

I was born in 2022, a very difficult year because of the high temperatures. The commitment of the entire team was crucial to obtain healthy olives at the right degree of ripeness.

The early harvest, in early October, brought out the intense and decisive side of my character. Here is the Leccino you don’t expect.

I am cold pressed on the same day as the olive harvest and naturally filtered.
To avoid oxidation, I rest in steel vats with inert argon gas.
