An extraordinary Sangiovese

Rosé wine

It is the rosé of thought, that magical moment when anything can happen.

You drink it because it’s fresh, easy to drink, and joyful. The white label? You can keep it that way or create your own style. You can find it only at the Estate and in our Shop in Montecatini Terme (PT).

Drink it or hate it

You drink it if you feel like a free spirit, beyond all labels, against all social conventions and vacats.

You drink it when you want to celebrate a dream so precious that you almost become a child from enthusiasm, you hold everything in your hands for fear that it may escape you.

You drink it because you want to write your name in a story that you also feel is yours, and we have been waiting for you.

For the 2022 vintage, the Magnum format has also been designed.
The cap – for both sizes – is produced with plant-based, renewable and sustainable raw materials derived from sugar cane.

The 2022 vintage is crisp and seductive. It is characterized by great freshness and flavor, backed by a wide bouquet with citrus notes, reminiscent of orange and grapefruit, and green tea. We find hints of white flowers, white peach and apricot.

A warm spring with little rainfall interrupted as early as the beginning of May. After one hundred days of above-average heat, the mid-August rain finally allowed for a surprising harvest.
With the early harvest, in order to safeguard aromas and freshness, we have managed to obtain a wine that is appreciated for its strong personality.

Harvest at the end of August and beginning of September. Destemming of the grapes in the cellar followed by short maceration in the press. Cold decantation of the must to maintain and enhance the scents and aromas of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel.
