Vintage: A warm spring with little rainfall interrupted as early as the beginning of May. After one hundred days of above-average heat, the mid-August rain finally allowed for a surprisingly positive harvest.
With the early harvest, in order to preserve aromas and freshness, we have managed to obtain a wine that is appreciated for its strong personality and interesting characteristics.
Harvest: End of August and beginning of September
Vinification: Destemming of the grapes in the cellar followed by short maceration in the press. Cold decantation of the must to maintain and enhance the scents and aromas of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel.

Tasting notes: The 2022 vintage is crisp and seductive. It is characterized by great freshness and flavor, backed by a wide and precise bouquet with citrus notes, reminiscent of orange and grapefruit, and green tea. We find hints of white flowers, white peach and apricot.
